Varnish-coated Tetoron Sleeving

GE-PES-VT

Product Introduction

Varnish-coated Tetoron sleeving

is produced by braiding Tetoron (polyester) yarn into durable tubes and then coating them with a protective varnish. This process results in sleeving that offers excellent flexibility and outstanding abrasion resistance, making it far superior to standard silicone fiberglass sleeves. These Tetoron sleeving tubes are widely used for high-temperature insulation and protection in demanding applications such as E-class electric motors, household appliances, automotive, motorcycle, and electric vehicle wiring harnesses. They ensure reliable performance and durability in harsh environments. This product complies with industry standards including JIS C 2133:1999, IEC 60684-2, UL, RoHS, and REACH, guaranteeing both high quality and environmental safety.
